Our site is encrypted under a Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate and a dedicated server. Shipping & Handling TOP

Please be sure to read your thank you message and order confirmation after your purchase. In addition to my shop policies, it will let you know when you can expect your order. Thank you messages and shipping confirmation will arrive via email within 1 to 3 days of cleared payment, unless otherwise specified on your order. Any shipping delays will be noted in your order confirmation, during the holiday shopping season, or vacation times.

Shipping preparation and mailing is done Monday-Wednesday-Friday. For those purchases made on the weekend, your new goodies will be prepared for shipment promptly on Monday, or the next available date, should there be a holiday.

**Please note: If you are aware of a shipping discrepancy after having placed an order, please let me know us quickly as possible, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipment.

Shipping & handling charges for U.S. & other countries are as follows:

* US First Class Mail, starts at $2.50 and up.
* Canadian First Class Mail, starts at $2.50 and up.
* International $3.50 and up for First Class Mail.
* Delivery confirmation included at no extra charge for all US shipments.
* S&H for gift sets and larger items are subject to change.

Extra services available upon request:

* $6.00 for US Priority Shipping
* $1.75 for Insurance (per request, per $50.)

Unless otherwise specified, all U.S. shipments are via the U.S. Postal Service First Class mail, with an estimated 3-5 day delivery date; depending on location.

Each Sweet Irie purchase will include individual packaging, unique gift wrapping, and extra goodies. Just my way of saying, thank you!

Packaging TOP

We ship all items in a 1 to 2-mil clear poly bag wrapped with tissue paper and ribbon in a bubble mailer.

Returns/Exchanges/Repairs TOP

We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. Should your piece be damaged due to a component defect or workmanship, we are happy to replace or repair the piece at no charge to you; with the exception of postage to return the defective item. We will then repair or replace the item and mail it to you promptly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at info@sweetirie.com to let us know you would like to request a return. We are sorry, but there are no refunds on shipping/handling charges.

When returning your package, please include the following:

* Unworn item(s) in its original condition.
* A copy of the original invoice.
* Reason for your return.
* Please use a secure envelope or box to make your return.
* We also request a delivery confirmation be made, as we are not responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.

While our products will hold up under normal use, there is always the chance that something unforeseen could happen to damage the piece. We can reassemble most pieces for a modest price using new beads and findings as needed. Send us an email describing the problem, and we will let you know how we can repair the item at the lowest cost to you.

Crediting your Returns TOP

We will credit your account on the card, checking, or PayPal account used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Again, we are sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.

Gift Certificates TOP

Purchase a gift certificate that can be used at our Sweet Irie online shop so you can be sure they get the gift they want! Available from $15 and up, you can purchase one or multiple certificates in various denominations.

They can be used at any time to make purchases from my web store. We have also made it easy for you to use multiple eGift Certificates per order. (This applies only to electronic certificates. At the time of your e-gift purchase, please include the giftee's name and e-mail address for delivery purposes. If you would prefer to give the giftee the certificate yourself, please note that during checkout.

If you would like a quantity or amount not found in my shop, please send us an email, we are happy to make a custom listing just for you!

Gift Certificates are sent via email to yourself or the giftee within 1-2 business days.

If you prefer the certificate arrive via the US postal service, please send a note in your order with that information during checkout.

**Restrictions:

(1) gift certificates may not be applied toward past purchases.

(2) sorry no refunds or exchanges on gift certificates.
