How do I place an order? TOP

You may place your order through our online shopping cart. When your checkout is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. Once your item has shipped, you will then receive a shipping notification.

What payment methods do you accept and is my information secure? TOP

We offer a secure shopping experience & checkout through PayPal and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, e-Check, Cashier's Check, and money order. Our site is encrypted under a Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate and a dedicated server. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption and the McAfee Hacker Safe daily PCI scan. To view our SSL certificate, just look to the bottom left side of your screen and click on the "verified" image to view.

Do you offer gift certificates? TOP

Yes, you can purchase a gift certificate that can be used online so that special someone can be sure to get the gift they really want! Available in $15 denominations and up, you can purchase one or multiple certificates in various denominations. Our gift certificates can be used at any time to make purchases from our Sweet Irie web store. Please see our gift certificate page for more information.

Do you ship worldwide? TOP

Yes, Sweet Irie is happy to ship your purchase around the globe. You simply must provide us with both a shipping address and credit card billing address during checkout for verification. You can find a list of our shipping & handling charges here.

How long does it take to receive an order? TOP

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Ground shipping generally takes 1 week after the order is shipped to arrive. We also offer overnight, 2nd, and 3rd day air for an additional charge which will be calculated at time of checkout. If you are in a rush please let us know, we are happy to do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Do you offer your products at wholesale prices? TOP

Yes, we do offer our products at wholesale prices to businesses. You can find information on wholesale orders and our contact form here. If you do not own a business, but are interested in purchasing pieces for your church, various groups, or a donation we are happy to assist you as well. Simply fill out our wholesale form and we will get in touch with you within 2 weeks.

What is your return policy? TOP

We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. Should your piece be damaged due to a component defect or workmanship, we are happy to replace or repair the piece at no charge to you; with the exception of gift certificates. We will then repair or replace the item and mail it to you promptly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 14 days of purchase (with the exception of gift certificates.) Please email us at info@sweetirie.com to let us know you would like to request a return. We are sorry, but there are no refunds on shipping/handling charges and gift certificates.

Please email us at info@sweetirie.com before return for authorization.

When returning your package, please include the following:

* Unworn item(s) in its original condition
* A copy of the original invoice
* Reason for your return

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. We also request a delivery confirmation be made, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items damaged during shipping.

While our accessories will hold up under hard wear and use, there is always the chance that something unforeseen could happen to damage the piece. We can reassemble most pieces for a modest price using new findings, fabric, and other parts as needed. Send us an email describing the problem, and we will let you know how we can repair the item at the lowest cost to you.

What if I order the wrong size? TOP

No problem. We want you to be happy and your new jewelry to be perfect! To find the correct measurements, measure around the person's wrist and add about 1/2 inch. Because we have extender chains on many of our pieces, most of our jewelry will fit. However, if you need to return a piece and exchange it for another size (within 30 days of receipt of the item), that is not a problem. You would only be responsible for actual shipping charges and difference in price, if going up in size of one inch or more. Please let us know you are returning a piece before you send it back. What if my product breaks and needs repaired after 30 days? TOP

If after 30 days your product is in need of repair, please let us know. We are happy to repair it or clean it up for a small fee. Each repair case is different, so please contact us at info@sweetirie.com to discuss what you need and we will quote you a price. We promise to respond within 24 hours!

How do I clean my goodies? TOP

Because our products are made with 100% cotton, you may wash them on the gentle cycle in cold water. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY! Lay flat and press with warm iron if needed.

Where are you located? TOP

Sweet Irie is located on a little island off the coast of Cape Coral, Florida. Our office and work station is based out of our smoke-free home.

Do you have a catalog? If so, how do we obtain one? TOP

We do! While we are constantly updating our catalog, we print and distribute them as needed. If you are interested in a print catalog for your business or personal use, please contact us at info@sweetirie.com for order info. Catalogs are $10 dollars and will be mailed in 1 to 2 weeks.

Can you ship directly to a gift recipient? Gift Wrapped? TOP

Yes, no problem! Simply include the 'ship to' address and giftee's name during checkout. The gift will arrive without an invoice and gift wrapped in Sweet Irie's chosen colors with a custom tag from you. Your special gift will arrive, wrapped in beautiful colored paper with a bow and ribbon, ready to go! Just be sure to select gift wrapping when placing your order.
